A formal, counsel-reviewed version of these terms is being finalized and will replace this summary. Until then, this page states how Konek works in plain language, and it is the deal we hold ourselves to.

What Konek is

Konek sells prepaid eSIM data plans for travel, operated by Nav Collective, LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as Konek. Plans are delivered digitally as an eSIM you install on a compatible, carrier-unlocked phone.

Buying a plan

• Prices are in US dollars and include the data, validity, and coverage stated on the plan card.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Konek never sees or stores your card number.
• Every plan states when its validity starts (first connection or installation), and you confirm this before paying.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Using a plan

• Plans provide data connectivity only, for personal use, on partner networks in the listed destinations.
• Coverage and speeds depend on local carrier networks and your device; a carrier-locked phone cannot install any eSIM.
• Abuse, resale, or unlawful use of the service can result in suspension.
