Policy
Refunds
Last updated July 2026
This is the same policy shown at checkout, in plain language. It is designed around one line: if you never used it, you never pay for it.
Never activated: full refund, no questions
If your eSIM never connects to a network, you get 100% of your money back. That covers buying the wrong plan, a phone that turns out not to support eSIM, or a trip that didn't happen. Use the contact pageor reply to your order email and we'll process it.
Once activated: no refund
The moment your eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, the data has been delivered and our wholesale cost is spent. From that point the plan can't be refunded. Every plan says exactly when its days start counting before you pay, and you confirm it at checkout.
If it genuinely didn't work
Activated but never carried data, or a network outage on our supplier's side? We'll replace the eSIM or issue store credit, reviewed case by case. Tell us what happened and we'll look at the connection records together.
The fine print, still in plain language
- Unused days or leftover data on an activated plan aren't refundable — this is standard across the industry, including here.
- Store credit never converts to cash.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; banks typically post them within 5-10 business days.
